Tourism Specialist, PhD in Economics (with specialization in Tourism) by the Institute of Economics and Management at the Technical University of Lisbon. In recent years, he has developed his career in Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies where, besides teaching, is a board member and scientific and educational center responsible for Investigação.É also researcher and member in the Center for African Studies (CESA ) of the School of Economics and Gestão.Tem published several books and scientific articles either domestically or internationally.
